一、服務內容

404 Money 由 Edwin Yue 提供，功能包括個人記帳、消費統計、信用卡回饋資訊參考，以及你自行開啟的輔助入帳。部分功能需網路連線。

你應合法使用本服務，並自行保管裝置與帳號安全。

二、金融資訊免責

信用卡回饋比例、排序與試算結果僅供參考，實際門檻與條款以各發卡機構最新公告為準。

本服務不提供投資、授信或其他金融建議；資產報價可能延遲，亦不構成投資建議。

三、404 PRO 自動續訂訂閱

下列資訊依 App Store 自動續訂規範揭露。購買前請於 App 內訂閱頁確認當下顯示的價格與方案。

訂閱名稱

404 PRO（自動續訂 In-App Purchase）

訂閱週期

月繳：一個月；年繳：一年。

價格

以你裝置上 App Store／Google Play 結帳頁顯示為準（各地貨幣與稅額可能不同）。港幣參考價約為月繳 HK$18、年繳 HK$88；實際金額以商店為準。

自動續訂

訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在目前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。

扣款時間

帳戶將於目前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內被收取續訂費用，並依當期方案價格扣款。

免費試用

年繳方案可含免費試用（目前為 7 天）。試用結束後若未取消，將依年繳價格自動續訂。若適用，購買正式訂閱後，未使用的試用期可能被作廢。

管理與取消

購買後可於系統帳號的訂閱設定管理或關閉自動續訂（iOS：設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱；Android：Google Play → 付款與訂閱）。取消後，已付費期間仍可使用至該期結束。

還原購買

換機或重裝 App 後，可於 App 內使用「還原購買」恢復有效訂閱。

四、資料與備份

記帳明細預設儲存在你的裝置。你可匯出備份自行保管；因裝置遺失、誤刪或未備份造成的資料損失，本服務不保證可完整復原。

五、責任限制

在法律允許範圍內，對於因第三方服務中斷、銀行條款變更、網路或裝置故障、或不可抗力所致之間接或衍生性損害，本服務不負擔責任。

六、條款更新

我們得因功能或法規更新本條款，並於本頁或 App 內揭露。你於更新後繼續使用，即表示同意更新後的條款。

1. Service

404 Money is provided by Edwin Yue and includes personal expense tracking, analytics, credit-card reward references, and optional assisted entry you enable. Some features require internet access.

You must use the service lawfully and keep your device and account secure.

2. Financial disclaimer

Reward rates, rankings, and estimates are for reference only. Final terms and eligibility are set by card issuers.

We do not provide investment, credit, or other financial advice. Asset quotes may be delayed and are not investment advice.

3. 404 PRO auto-renewable subscription

The following is disclosed under App Store auto-renewable subscription rules. Confirm the live price and plan on the in-app paywall before purchase.

Length

Monthly plan: one month. Yearly plan: one year.

Price

As shown on the App Store / Google Play checkout for your storefront (currency and tax may vary). Reference HKD pricing is about HK$18 / month and HK$88 / year; the store price controls.

Auto-renewal

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-applicable plan price.

Free trial

The yearly plan may include a free trial (currently 7 days). After the trial, it renews at the yearly price unless cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Manage & cancel

After purchase, manage or turn off auto-renewal in your account’s subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Restore

After reinstall or device change, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an active subscription.

4. Data & backups

Ledger data is stored on your device by default. You may export backups for your own safekeeping. We cannot guarantee recovery after device loss, deletion, or missing backups.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from third-party outages, issuer policy changes, network or device failure, or force majeure.

6. Updates

We may update these terms for product or legal reasons and disclose changes on this page or in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
